The Ring DVD

Anybody bought The Ring yet? It just came out on the fourth. If you have the DVD there is a new short film reveling more "secerets" of The Ring mystery. The Ring was actually based on a japanese movie called Ringu, I suggest seeing that. Overall The Ring is an awesome movie. :D

hell yea it is. i saw it today at school in the auditorium with surround sound and a big screen. it was like the movies, but for free. it's a great movie overall. the best horror/ mystery/ thriller movie ever. it beats the sixth sense, signs, and all of those movies. it's awesome. i'd like to see the ringu. i might not buy but i'll see it again...

lol.........then wat i saw is nothing compared to wat u saw. first of all two newbie&#39;s got an ftf copy ffrom kazaa and put it on a vhs. man it was shitty quality. i was sitting right at the front in front of the tv and it wasnt one bit freaky. <_<
its even better watching the commercials. :lol:

I just saw it Friday night. I was stunned at how dumb the movie was. They made it so unrealistic. Another thing, they tried to make the movie scary, but whenever there was supposed to be something scary, there wasn&#39;t. The ending, that was very bad. They just kept going on and on about it. They should&#39;ve ended it when they rescued Samara.

that&#39;s why they are gonna have a sequel. to explain more the story and to continue it. and how could she be rescued?

She wasn&#39;t excatly rescued since she still got all pissy toward Noah (the guy she killed in the end) She&#39;s just evil. She wants everyone who sees that tape to "spread it like sickness" (words of her father) so one person makes a copy, and then more people watch it. Then they make copys, so its like a visious cycle.

oh man i never saw this topic, any way here is my take on it.

i bought the movie the day it came, because i have yet to see it and was dying to go to the movies, but never got to go. any way i bought that day, and watched like this

10:00 pm is when i poped that sucker in my dvd player
in my room with the door closed
light off, pitch black except for the movie screen


well i was wanting to get scared out of my mind, oh well, even under those conditions, i was only a little bit scared. more suspencefull than any thing else; takes alot for a movie to scare me. but the story too it is absolutly great for a horror flick, i think by far its the best one i have seen yet&#33;&#33;&#33; the ring is down right good, go see it if you have yet too. and yes, my favorite part was at the end with the girl poping out of the screen killing the guy, that rocked

Did you notice her hands when she got out of the TV and the skin on her wrists? It was all like water logged. :lol: I thought that was pretty nasty but funny.
