Yo people,do someone know why HTEP not in Europe was released?

..The Hybrid Theory EP wasn't released to the public except record labels. And a few others.
The re-release could be obtained in the first year of LPU.

Well, Hybrid Theory obviously weren't popular enough to get sales overseas back then.

The Hybrid Theory EP was sent to a few people, but mostly record labels in order to get a record deal.
However, a re-release was available during the first (and second) year of LPU.
The EP was not retail meaning it wasn't distributed beyond what was originally distributed by the band themselves. This is likely to not include Europe as I'm sure at the time, they weren't branching that far.
