This was going to be my suicide note, when i contemplated doing that...

but seeing as it was a song to start with, and i didn't do that, i'm now using it with my band.

Suicide Note

Kill me, Heal me,
Leave me, I will bleed!

This is me,
My knife in hand,
Control what you see,
So hard to believe,
I'm living without you,

This is my declaration,
This is my suicide note,
I'm so aphyxsiated,
On my self-hate I choke,

I am free,
Can't escape this place,
Don't know what to be,
Falsley progressing,
I hate you,

it took me about an hour, after all it was originally intended to be my suicide note so it didn't need to be a masterpiece.

Am I the only one who dispises the subject if suicide for songs? I think it's pretty moronic, imo. I know it goes through peoples minds, and I've talked several friends down from suicide, but it just seems like this unreasonable and irrational way of dealing with problems. The work is meh, it's not bad, I've definitely read worse, but for me it seems to lack a little substance. Great use of words though, and props for free verse.

I agree. by the way, you could fix it so you can get a masterpiece. Just try! :lol:
