Since the other bowling thread is months old, I figured I'd start another one... Anyways, here's my oh-so-great accomplishment for the week...

It's an all-out miss. That's how you choke...big time... Anyways, I managed to pick up the spare, then left the right corner pin up my last ball. The 'F' isn't a foul or anything, in fact it stands for 'Finish', just a code inserted to keep the computer from combining the score from the tenth frame with the final score. Ignore that...it's just a placeholder...
Anyways, I got screwed hardcore at the tournament today (Dakota Lanes, cash tourney)...18 headpins in 5 games, plus four sets of aces and three splits, and God-knows-how-many corner pins. God, if I woulda got a break, I'd have shot 300 in every game. Too bad I only did in the last one... :P

Yeah, but at least my last game was a 307. Six strikes...then a headpin...:lol:

Yesterday I kept striking out, enought for +200 for 2 games. I always would get a 4 then knock down the left 5 for the next frame. >_<
I bowled for the first time in a long time last week. Ouch. I'm going again tommorow.
So, I heard you guys came 2nd in the tournament on Saturday at Rossmere?

We got headpinned to death...it wasn't pretty at all...anyways, I've got a year left in YBC, and I might be going out to Vancouver to see my best friend at nationals anyways...I promised her I'd try to make it if I didn't win...so I'm gonna try to find a way out there for cheap. There's a bus for parents to go out on for pretty cheap, so I'm looking at that...anyways, we'll see what happens in that department...
Oh, and Tomi... Enter the St. Vital tournament (talk to Jamie about that)...that way, I can show you an ass-kickin in person :lol: I've won the money there every year I've been in it :rolleyes:

...For people who suck and can't put up anything higher than a buck sixty :D :P :shifty:
Well, I should shut up right now. I opened tonight with a 163 game, capped nicely with headpins in 8, 9 and 10. Dammit. God, I hate headpins. Oh well, I followed up with a 201 and 252...giving me a 616...nowhere near my triple average of 669 though (223 average in that league, 230-ish in YBC) :lol:

Yeah, 60 under average in one game...pretty bad eh? I gave the ball rack a nice boot in the tenth frame...that's what the thing's there for...anger management :lol:
Oh, and if you're gonna swear at the line, don't do it after you turn around...and don't do it too loudly without disguising it as a yell. Otherwise everyone hears 'F*CK!!!' really, really loud :D

I usually punch the overhead screen when I hit a headpin. <_<
