I thought.. maybe there are other people wondering about how i make those signatures. Well ladies and gentlemen..
HERE'S YOUR ANSWER (w00t)
How to cut something/someone out, to make it looks like it fades into the signature?
1. Go to the left tool bar
2. Click on the Lasso Tool
3. Right-click on the Lasso Tool for your favourite one. Mine is the Polygonal Lasso Tool.
4. When you go cutting in your picture, just stay like 10-20 pixels away from the edge like this (http://members.lycos.nl/lpchrizzle/tutorial1.jpg)
5. Select -> Feather -> 10-20 pixels
6. ctrl+c to copy.
Assuming you already have a grunge signature you can follow this

Of course, you can have whatever color you like, but i chosed this one because i like it

ctrl+v for paste

Move the layer with your picture below the Color Balance layer.

Should look something like this.
When you're going to type, you can put that layer underneath the Color Balance too. Search pixel2life.com for some good text-effects.
You can also grab the Eraser-tool and pick a grunge brush to do it and then click on the picture. This will make it grungy to.
If something's still unclear, just ask :D
