I'm so darn helpless because I'm always asking for help.
Can anyone tell me how to create this effect?

Can I use ImageReady or do I have to use another program?
ImageReady should work. ;)

Please do not make useless posts like this. If you can't answer the question, then don't waste everyone's time by posting. You're warned.

Something like that isn't too hard to do if you're somewhat familiar with ImageReady. From the looks of it, it's just a motion underneath a fading out effect. If you look, Joe is static the whole time, so it's just a constant fading in and out of that layer. Two other layers are involved, and they're just moving behind Joe's constant fading in and out. Chester's is an up and down motion, and the rest of the crew is a diagonal side to side motion. It shouldn't be too hard to do.
