HAGERSTOWN, Md. -- Tuesday, outside a Wal-Mart store in Hagerstown, Md., a man, believed to be homeless by police, caused quite a stir when he approached the store wearing nothing but his birthday suit.
Store security quickly approached the man and surrounded him before wrapping him in a blanket.
The (Hagerstown) Herald Mail, reported that police said the man would not be charged, but he was taken to the Washington County Hospital for psychiatric care.
Duane Roy, who said he's a freelance photographer and always keeps a camera in his car, was driving by and stopped to take pictures.
Roy said a security guard approached and ordered him to hand over his camera, claiming Roy hadn't been authorized to take pictures.
Roy refused. A Wal-Mart spokeswoman told The Herald Mail he could be banned from the store or arrested for trespassing if he returns.
Roy said no one at the store took his name so he doesn't know how the ban could be enforced.
