If you mean from an online source, then that's the exact same thing I've been wondering.

The only way around it that I found out is by downloading the video and then doing Print Screen.

I have a video editing program (free, of course) called Zwei-Stein, made by Thugs At Bay. It's got a capture utility built right in, so no print screen =) And you can advance frame by frame too B)
