I really want my eyebrow pierced but a lot of people are saying that because I am a girl it wouldn't suit me. ;) What does everyone think?

OK.. that was pointless, just as the post in the other thread ;)
Stop it or get warned, but not by me :)
Edit: a eyebrow piercing kicks ass. And it would fit on a girl too :) It only depends what kinda piercing you take.
all kinds of piercings kick ass!
especially my tongue ring B)
It really depends on who you are and what you like. 1 or 2 in one side is cool. Fat rings look bad, and piercing both eyebrows is a no-no.
That's my opinion anyways...

I'm a girl and I have both eyebrows pierced. I say do it! :)
I want to get mine done as well but my brother is always telling me it will look bad because they don't look good on girls.
He's evil.

Coming from someone who had one, it looks good on certain people. It looked good on me, but I learned the hard way that if you take it out, it heals over pretty quickly. I am a fool, I know. I might get it done again, but on the other side (I had it in my left eyebrow). It doesn't hurt that much to get it done and it heals really quickly. It pusses a bit and gets gunky, but other than that it's pretty easy to deal with. If you get one, purchase retainers as well so you can still have it if you go for a job or anything like that. It's a lot less of a hassle than a lip ring.

Piercings rawk. Go ahead!
i use to have my eyebrow.. and i thought it looked good on me and i'm a girl. just becareful because the barbells can get rejected (meaning your body may not except the jewerly) that's what happened to me at least.

A no-no? lol. :P
I personally dislike eyebrow piercings on guys. I hate big gaudy hoops as well. The rings that jut an inch from your forehead! I think if anything it should be a small barbell, somewhat like Amy Lee's.
My best gf told me if I should get any facial piercing it should be my eyebrow... you guys have any opinions? I'm not about to pierce my face, but it's just a thought. ^_^

I think a lip ring would look better on you. Either that or an eyebrow barbell. :)

Inspired by Nessie's suggestion, I decided to sport a faux lip ring. I took this two this morning, it was early, I look grubby, but I won't bite. lol. :)

My neighbour is a friend of a man that does tattoes and piercings. He says the tongue doesn't hurt all that much and it's a different kind of pain. Check this out... Bite on your tongue and then bite on your finger just as hard. What hurts more... your finger.
I changed my mind. I don't know if I want my eyebrow pierced anymore. I was talking to my mates mum yesterday afternoon and she was telling me that he (my mate) used to have his done but it kept getting caught on things and something happened with the hair or something so he had to take it out. His brother also had his done, but his just started throbbing one night. When he took it out a heap of blood and puss came out but it wasn't infected or nothing.
I don't want that to happen  .

to quote my bf, f*** em. do what you want, and dont let anyone tell you anything different. besides, i am getting my eyebrow pierced in a year, and i am a girl, and if anyone told me i didn't look right in it i would beat the sh*t outta them.
(not really but hey)
