There should be this thing... that... like.. won't leave your screen saying "READ THE RULES" in epileptic colors... so that.. you can't miss them... :mellow:... they'd disappear after you've been here for like, three months or something.

Then the newbies wouldn't be so confused :lol:.

At least this person is making the effort to read the rules. Which NO Newbies do. This can only be a good thing.

I bet a lot of newbies sign up under a new name and act totally different than they did the first time. Cause a lot of newb's are beyond annoying, and then since no one likes them, they get a new name and start over. Say, take this person for example (I'm not saying he's one of them by the way), lets say he was a guy who came, and a thousand people told him to read the rules, so he signs up again and sort of backing up the 'other guy that he doesn't know about' he states that he can't find the rules anywhere. Or maybe I just like to instigate...

Either way newbies should really just goto "Newbie Camp" and click "Forum Rules"

We should have one of those things that has rules written in those things when you're installing something and it says accept guidelines. They won't read it anyway, but they would agree to a contract.
