Spineshank is one of my favorite bands, but i dont like Strictly Diesel a whole lot. i mean, i got it just to hear it, and its definitly not bad. Its good, but nowhere near as good as The Height Of Callousness or SDP..so i voted for Three Days Grace...that cd is awesome

Definately Three Days Grace's self-titled. The best album of 2003. I'm absolutely in love with it.

Oh, may I also recommend Cold's "Year of the Spider"?

Demon Hunter's self-titled is pretty good, but I perfer Summer of Darkness overall.

The only album on the list I've heard is Trapt, and it wasn't that great...it had 6 okay songs, but nothing very original.

I recommend Refused's The Shape of Punk to Come. Freaking awesome swedish hardcore band...

can't go wrong with the Offspring

SPACED

The Offspring: Splinter

It has a good mix of different types of rock all combined to make an album to suit everyones taste or mood at that moment in time. Like for example

Da Hui is a really fast and pretty heavy track whilst
Running a race against myself is a toned down but still heavy track but i think the offspring all in all are a great band to listen to in any situation.Oh, can i also recomend The Offspring Conspiracy Of One. Again a great mix of heavy and also humerous tracks. I know there not the heaviest group out there to the likes of Killswitch Engage or even Linkin Park for that matter but there the type of band to listen to on any occasion because i listen to them nearly every day, plus they are a VERY well known band to Adults and Kids. But Splinter is a great choice of album to buy and isa definiteley worth cosidering to buy if not now then at a later date.

( Realizes i am going on with my self and stops typing)

Sorry....

Three Days Grace's album is awesome, you'll never regret buying it, but if you don't want it my second sugestion would be Switchfoot's, the Beautiful Letdown, another wicked cd.

Either that or buy the Three Days Grace CD. As much as I love Spineshank, Strictly Diesel is not their best album, so Three Days Grace is the next best thing. That is, unless you don't have Height of Callousness or Self-Destructive Pattern by Spineshank.

Height of Callousness + Self-Destructive Pattern = (w00t) Insanely good music
