I'm bad at news. So here goes, anyway ...
A 19-year old maid was abused by her employer's wife. She was continuously being tortured for minor mistakes; she broke a mug, and got hot water poured all over her; got told off for not ironing clothes properly and had a hot iron pressed on her breasts. I think, mm, maybe yesterday, a policeman saw her crying, with bruised all over and bleeding from head to mouth, and aided her, made reports, blah blah. Her employer's wife got arrested there and then. You should have a look at the scars on her back! I don't have a link to show you, though. I'll find it soon.
Jeez...
What country was this in ?

That's really sad. They should incarcerate that heartless, b*tch of a wife. *middle finger up to wife*

That's horrible.
That's crazy. Come on, if you can afford to pay a maid, I'm pretty sure you can afford a new mug.

Cases like these are not new especially here in Asia. There are worse cases than this one. There are maids that even get murdered by their employer for doing minor mistakes. :o

, I dont really think that was what she was worried about, I think she just wanted to beat the #### out of her because she wasn't right in the head.

I just heard that her nipples dropped off because of the steaming hot iron, and it can't grow back.

I am not shocked like many of you. As an Asian, I am very exposed to these cases. There are more brutal cases compared to this. Sometimes, they even get murdered for doing a minor offense. Many of these maids come from other 3rd world neighbor countries. I find it heartbreaking to see their families back home sob as they wait for the arrival of their beloved's corpse.
It's sad. It's really a sad fact.
