Chester smokes?

My friend told me at school that she saw Live in Texas and in it she said Chester held up a ciggarete and was smoking. Is this true? If it is can somebody please tell me what part it is on? I have watched it many times and cannot find where Chester is smoking.

It's between songs when it shows them backstage, when he's jumping up and down on the back of the golf cart.
