I tried my best from the HOB show to transcribe the lyrics but I'm pretty sure some of its wrong...

EDIT: I've changed the lyrics after the 2012 Rock Am Ring concert.

This is somethin' for you people on the block to
    Blackout and rock to
Give you what you need like Poppa who shot ya
Seperate the weak from the obsolete/To meek
    I creep hard on imposters
And switch styles on the dime/Quick witted y'all
Quit trippin'/I don't have time for your cryin'
I grind tough/Sucka, make your mind up
Are you in the firing squad or are you in the line-up?
    Bang, bang/Little monkey-man playin'
With the big guns only get you slayed
    I ain't playin'/I'm just sayin'
You ain't got a sliver of a chance
I get iller/I deliver/While you quiver in your pants
    So shake shake down/Money, here's the break-down
You can play the bank/I'm a play the bank take-down
And no mistakes now/I'm comin' to getcha
    I'ma Banksy/You're a Brainwash/Get the picture?
    It's like that

I'm going to assume Holly Grey is a reference to Holly Brook/Skylar Grey.

Feels more Fort Minor than most of his rapping as of late. Very pleased. Although "introspective and thoughtful" might be the wrong words to describe it. Wonder how MySpace got that from that.

They may have gotten the song confused with another like Castle of Glass but, like many songs from LP, this song could simply evolve into what sounds like a different song altogether like Blackout (towards the end).

Good job. The lyrics sound very Fort Minor like.

The song has been described as a "rap-heavy joint" and "the band's most poignant ballad ever".

The songs going to be awesome.

    What I hear:

This is all bringing people on the block to/ back down and rock to
Give you whatcha need like Papa/Who shot ya
Seperate the weak from the obsolete/ Got clean hard /On these Rastas
Switch styles on the dime/Quit winning y'all/Quit tripping now
I don't have time for your crying
I grind tough so can you make your mind up?
Are you in the firing squad or are you in the line-up?
    Bang bang/Little monkey better play
With the big guns only get you slaying I ain't playing
I'm just saying / You ain't gotta slither of a chance
I get it/We're rockin' it/All while you quill it in your hands
So shake shake down/Money, here's the break down
You can play the bank/I'ma play your bank take down
And no mistakes now/I'm coming to getcha
    I'm a Banksy/You're a Brainwash, get the picture?/
    It's like that

While these lyrics seem more accurate, there are still some words that don't sound right. We'll have to wait for a high quality version to figure it out.

This gets me so much more pumped up for LT. Mike's flow in this is ridiculously good. And the lyrics are pretty above standard for your average Mike rapping. I'm really glad he's continuing to evolve lyrically instead of falling back into his old ways of simply rhyming words together like a 5th grader.

This are just diss lyrics, like the ones in I Have Not Begun. They're fine, but they're not the "spitting" kind, like Forgotten. I want that shit.

Funny, I think the I Have Not Begun and this lyrics are the "spitting" kind, while the ones in Forgotten aren't.

It really sounds great with the WFTE beat, I wonder what does it sound like with "a swaggering beat, surrounded by beats coming at [Mike] from all angles".
