Surprised this doesn't have a thread. Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart's last movies as Wolverine and Professor X, once again directed by James Mangold. Getting great reviews so far.
Not surprised cause the movie is not the same as the comics. Imagine Hulk and She Hulk had kids together.
The dramatic elements in the film, despite having a lot of potential, fell flat for me for the most part.
There are a bunch of differences between the version on YouTube and the one in theatres, which is really cool. Really makes each person's experience unique. Some differences I noted: 1. The theatrical teaser doesn't have the bit where he calls his tailor in the phone booth. 2. It also does not contain the blatant Stan Lee cameo and exchange. 3. The music in the slow-mo running bit is the Superman Theme again (the music playing whilst Wade is in the phone booth). 4. After making fun of Logan's "costume", Deadpool complains about brain freeze and drives home how painfully the guy died some more rather than going into an Aussie accent. He also doesn't mention his phone call from earlier since it didn't happen. Apparently it's slightly different in different ways in both the Mexican and Canadian versions of the teaser as well.
So apparently the ending of Logan was foreshadowed in The Wolverine the whole time, and James Mangold confirmed it in Twitter. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/he...reshadowed-wolverine-984956?facebook_20170309
