    Little Experiment.mp3

    Little Experiment (2nd version).mp3

So I was messing around with FL Studio earlier, kinda searching for some new interesting sounds. I found some interesting ones so made a short 'song' with them. It's nothing really grand, it really is just me trying out some stuff but I'd like to hear some opinions. I didn't really bother with mastering so that's probably gonna be horrible.

    Thanks beforehand! :)

I hate having to download it  Wow this is taking shockingly long :( in 1 minute it got up to 0.1MB out of 6.2 :( It's only at 0.2. Can you upload it to soundcloud or Youtube?

Wow, does it really take that long? Well, if that's the case, I'll upload it to Youtube. It would be a shame if people are thrown off by that

Here's a new one I've been making (I posted the first version in the shoutbox earlier):

    Experiment.mp3
    Experiment (2nd version).mp3

Thoughts? Is the 2nd one better? Is it too short/repetitive? What do you like/don't link? Are the sounds interesting or rather dull?

Feel free to give critique, I'm very open to it! :)

EDIT: Ah crap, didn't know the last post was mine D:
Can a mod merge these last two posts together please?

I liked both versions though the first version seemed a bit too simplistic to me but most beats are in all honesty until vocals are added, it actually sort of reminded me of Roads Untravelled (mostly because of the windchime-like melody) which is a song I love greatly. The second version seemed more fuller and a bit more rugged but in a good way and for some reason I pictured it in the trailer for 'The Raid: Redemption'. Overall though great work. :)

Oh wow, that reminded you of RU? Thanks man! I love that song as well!

And yes, I tried to make the 2nd version a bit fuller and made it more idk, progressive I guess? Don't really know how to explain it well. Also mastered that one a bit more. The Raid eh? I guess the low, weird synth makes you think about that. The Raid OST had some pretty weird (yet awesome) synths. Thanks for the compliments man, I really appreciate it and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
